Ayurveda briefly explains the knowledge of the do's and don’ts one has to follow, which favors the wellbeing of each individual to lead a healthy, happy, comfortable and advantageous life both physically, mentally & socially. Ayurveda also emphasizes that prevention is better than cure. People who want to know more about ayurveda we offer many courses for the aspirants of ayurveda.

Ayurveda Massage Course: AYM

  • Ayurveda massage is a popular massage among all other kind of massage. It can be given as a stand alone treatment also and is always good to rejuvenate for its everlasting benefits.
  • It is good for those who want to learn it either for their personal purpose or to give it to near and dear ones or for professional purpose to be an ayurveda therapist.
  • This course contains 6 sessions of minimum 60 minutes each for one person. If there are more people (max we take 4 only) the time may increase. In this course you learn the related theory, anatomy & physiology, benefits, principles, precautions and then step by step practical training on a live model. You also receive and give massage during the course.

Ayurveda Therapies Course: ATM

  • You learn Ayurveda massage (Abhyangam), Ayurveda herbal bundle Massage (Patra potli) and Ayurveda Herbal Powder massage (Udvardhnam) in this course.
  • These massages are used for various types of problems of the body. They are also the part of ayurveda panchkarma program which is a detoxification program of Ayurveda.
  • This course contains 10 sessions of minimum 60 minutes each for one person. If there are more people (max we take 4 only) the time may increase. In this course you learn the related theory, anatomy & physiology, benefits, principles, precautions and then step by step practical training on a live model. You also receive and give massage during the course.

Ayurveda Marma Massage Course: AMMC

  • Marma points are vital points of the body. They are on various parts of the body. Many ailments can be treated by giving pressure is given on these points. This course is followed by basic ayurveda massage. This marma massage can be given with and without oil as it is a pressure point massage.
  • This course contains 12 sessions of minimum 60 minutes each for one person. If there are more people (max we take 4 only) the time may increase. In this course you learn the related theory, anatomy & physiology, benefits, principles, precautions and then step by step practical training on a live model. You also receive and give massage during the course.

Ayurveda Course – Introductory: AIC

  • Now a day many people heard about ayurveda but do not know about it in a conclusive manner. This is an introductory course for those who wish to know the basics of ayurveda. It is theory course only where we cover all related information from history, type of body, concepts, principles, pulse diagnosis, description of constitution, therapies etc of Ayurveda.
  • This course contains 6 sessions of minimum 60 minutes each.

Ayurveda Course - Comprehensive: ACC

  • This course is designed for the people who want to know a bit of ayurveda theoretically and practically both ways so they can take use of the various ayurveda therapies. In this course first 6 sessions is of theory as above and next 6 sessions is about the therapies. This course is good for those who already know some of ayurveda and want to know more about it. This is a good course for the people who are already working as an ayurveda therapist. You learn all kinds of ayurveda panchkarma therapies like Herbal Bundle massage, Herbal Powder Massage, Shirodhara, Ksheer dhara, Takra dhara, Karnapuram, Akashi tarpnam, Janu basti, Chakra basti etc The people who do not have any idea about ayurveda they can also learn about it both theory and practically and can take advantage of it.
  • This course consists of 12 sessions of minimum 60 minutes each for one person.

Ayurveda Panchkarma Course: APC

  • This course is designed for the people who want to become a Panchkarma Therapist. In this course we teach various therapies used for panchkarma therapies like various ayurveda massage techniques, sweating techniques, enemas, shirodhara, shirovasti, nasyam, kurnpuram, tarpnam and other local therapies like janu vasti (knee treatment), hridya vasti (heart treatment),
    Kati vasti (Lower / back treatments) and face massages etc.
  • There are 15 sessions of 60 minutes in this course for each person. This course gives more exposure to the practical part of Ayurveda panchkarma therapies.

Ayurveda Beauty Course: ABC

  • Beauty does not need any foreign ornamentation.
  • Now a days people are beauty conscious as well as health conscious. People are suffering by the reactions of the chemical products when they use them to enhance their beauty. In this course we teach about ayurveda beauty treatments by raw natural products. It covers the various type of facials by fruits, by vegetables, by pulses (lentils), body scrubs by kitchen ingredients, hair coloring by heena in different colors, preparation of the wax without wax for waxing, natural preparation of the solution for pedicure and manicure. These therapies can be given by preparing the material as per the prakriti of the individuals as it is the specialty of Ayurveda.
  • The course consists of 6 sessions of minimum 60 minutes each. You learn and practice on a live model.
  • Please note that we don’t teach waxing, pedicure and manicure in this course but if someone wants that can be given in the extension of this course.

Ayurveda Cooking Course: ACC

  • This course is for the people who are passionate about cooking. This course teaches about the preparation and cooking of various kinds of the dishes in Ayurveda ways. In this dish we teach about the food suitable for various types of People having different prakriti and ailments.
  • It covers various type of rice dishes, whole wheat herbal paranthas, roti (indian bread), Khichari, Vegetable pooridge, vegetable omlette or pan cake , some sweet dishes etc. It also covers the introductions of the various spices and herbs we use in kitchen and there usage. Recipes can also be changed as per request and interest.
  • The basic course is about the 5 days and covers about 10 or more dishes.
  • Field visits can also be arranged on request to identify various spices and other ingredients.

Ayurveda Diet / Nutrition / Cooking Course: ADNC

  • This course is having larger picture about Ayurveda’s philosophy related to food and diet. There are theory and practical classes both in this course. We talk about the different kind of food related to various types of people, food combination, incompatible food and more.
  • There are 6 classes of theory and 6 classes of Practical in this course.
  • Note: - One can extend this course also as per there personal liking. In extension of the course we add a field visit to the market and grocery shop for showing/ buying various spices (if needed). If students wants to learn any other specific dishes then we can also teach that as per demand. We also add making green sauce by the stone crasher, making chapatti in wooden fire, preparing ghee (purified butter) by hand method with butter milk on demand.

Ayurveda Herbology Course: AHC

  • In this course you will study about various INDIAN HERBS. This course will tell about the various uses of herbs with their BOTANICAL NAME so you can also find the some herbs in your own environment as BOTANICAL NAME are same all around the world.
  • This course will tell not only Hindi Name but all name of regional language of India and where they found. You will also learn about the small herbal preparation for General use and for some medication. Please note this course is not about PHARMOCOLOGY so it does not cover the conversion of herbs into medicine as only Doctors are able to advise medication but this course teach about to prepare some decoction / powder etc types of basic use of herbs which is well described in ancient ayurveda texts and anyone can use that.
  • This course will also have 2 field visits where they will see the herbs growing and trying to recognize the herbs in Nature. One visit will be in the ayurveda herbal park and other will be in market to see the herbs in raw form.
  • This course is covered in 10 sessions of 60 minutes each.
